In spite of everything, this autumn is eventful for us! One of the highlights was the visit from Medi Duss, President of a large gastronomic company La Maree, and his colleagues. We opened up a world of true Astrakhan traditions for our friends, introduced them to the production process, showed them how sturgeons are bred and how gravid fish are selected and ultra-sounded. At our production facility, we gave Medi Duss the opportunity to prepare the most valuable beluga caviar in cooperation with our masters, which was then used by La Maree’s chef to prepare several unique dishes at once! Aren’t these the best ways to ensure the quality of such products?
