We were delighted to host Oleg Efremov, Chef of the Kivach wellness clinic, and show the sturgeon farm and production. At the degustation, our guest tasted different types of caviar and fish delicacies, and at a cooking masterclass he prepared dishes from them using his own recipes. After personally immersing himself in our production process, familiarising himself with the exemplary technologies and the quality control laboratory, Oleg Efremov rated our products not only as delicacy, but also as dietary and healthy food. It is now part of Kivach’s patient diet and is available for purchase at the clinic, which places great importance on the nutrition of guests.
